Level 1- Hill Reps 1-5 + Cool down stretches

Level 2- Hill Reps 5-10 + Cool down stretches

Week 2 -Fri 13th Oct 5pm Cockerton Green Drills

Level 1- 0.25 miles & Drills Reps 1-4 + Cool down stretches

Level 2- 0.25 miles & Drills Reps 4-8 + Cool down stretches

Week 3 -Fri 20th Oct 5pm Cockerton Green 12321 5k pace

Level 1- 400m, 800m, 800m, 400m + Cool down stretches

Level 2- 400m, 800m, 1200m, 800m, 400m + Cool down stretches

Week 4 -Fri 27th Oct 5pm DOWN Sugar Hill Reps

Level 1- Hill Reps 1-5 + Cool down stretches

Level 2- Hill Reps 5-10 +Cool down stretches

  • Comfortable running clothing (layers are great) & a water bottle is optional (not essential) These are ALL WEATHER sessions, when it’s raining, we’re still training. (Any cancellations due to adverse weather conditions will be advised min 1 hour prior to a session.)
