Personal Training is exactly that. One on one fitness instruction specifically designed to suit your goals.
The first stage is for us to meet to discuss what you’re looking for. This gives us the chance to see how we connect and find out if I’m the right Personal Trainer for you. We can also discus the available options/packages to see which best suits your fitness needs and fitness budget. After this first stage we both go away to think, this is a big commitment. If for any reason we decide it’s not possible to move forward I do my best to advise of other services or alternative fitness options to best suit your needs.
The second stage to move forward with Personal Training is where we delve into full details of your fitness, health and nutrition goals so I have as much detail as possible to create a bespoke Training program for you. As with all my clients we sign a contractual agreement to ensure we’re both on the same page with the expectations of our work together. If I’m only seeing you for an hour once a week I can only advise what to do with the remaining 167 hours, the hard work, focus and using the tools I provide is all up to you.
