Season 5

For season 5 we are changing it up!! We have an exclusive new Body Composition Tracker and group chat each week for full members only. You track the measurements on the tracker sheet available from me. Each week during Season 5 you send the data via the tracker page, see below, before 6pm every Monday. We then have our Tracker chat every Monday 7-8pm, invitations sent via email, to catch up and see how everyone’s done.

  • Wolfpack Tracker chat is 7-8pm every Monday during Season 5, the link is emailed to all full members each week
