Upper Body & Core Theme

For season 5 we are changing it up!! We have an exclusive new Body Composition Tracker and group chat each week for full members only. You record your body measurements on the tracker sheet each week. You submit your info before 6pm every Sunday online. We then have our Tracker chat every Monday evening 7-8pm to see how everyone’s done and set goals for the following week ahead, helping us stay on track. How do I become part of it?

  • Sign up for the full Season 5 as below and pay via bank transfer to secure your place
  • Get your Wolfpack Tracking info in class including; weigh in & chat schedule, measurement tracker, online tracker password and your unique tracker code
  • Every Sunday before 6pm send your tracking measurements HERE
  • Wolfpack Tracker chat is 7-8pm every Monday during Season 5, the link to our Google Hangout is emailed to all full members each week
