Group Training

Group Training is designed specifically for a group of people who all have similar training goals/desires. My Group work is based on a combination of the following; Free Weights & Gym Machines, Body Weight Training (little/no equipment is required), Studio Cycling, Boxing Conditioning, Kettlebell Fitness & Sport Coaching, Circuit Training & HIIT.

£40 per hour for a group of up to 6 people.

All new Wolfpack clients must complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) Please bring this along to your first session.
