My style of Sports Massage comes from my own personal experiences with chronic pain and injury recovery. I create an environment of calm for you to feel comfortable to allow me to take over your recovery. Some clients need a strong musculoskeletal manipulation as part of their treatment, others may need a lighter touch to induce vasodilation, opening blood vessels, to rejuvenate the body. We work together to ensure your experience delivers the exact repair your body needs.
From years of running I understand how important it is for me to help improve your flexibility and increase your range of motion for your chosen sport. Through my own recovery I specialise in lower back pain relief and adjustments. As a yogi I work hard to encourage your lymphatic system to support your great energy flow. Also as a weight trainer I understand tough muscle tensions that need extra pressure to be broken down and how to keep your joints supple to sustain your brutal workouts.
