I am a fast oxidiser when it comes to food so a meal like this would have me snoozing! However cooking meals for another PT and a keen cyclist, who oxidise slower, means switching up #macros for them. The above is a quick, tasty carbohydrate heavy meal ideal for those who like to carb load before an event or big workout.

250g Oven Baked Hasselback Potato

30g #Organic Red Leicester

75g #GlutenFree Spaghetti

1TBSP Tomato Purée

(Add herbs & seasoning to your taste)
