img_7014Gait analysis helps me to identify why you’re experiencing repetitive injuries based on your personal body movements. However as our movements typically start with the feet, take a look if these lacing techniques could help your discomfort. Feet can swell whilst exercising so sometimes we need to go up an extra half of full-size in fitness shoes. I have small feet but a wide forefoot so yellow works great for me.
