4. ENDORPHINS—I AM WARRIOR!! Yes!!! I’ve got this, we’ve got this! I AM KILLING IT!…Oh what, we’re finished.. It’s over..already? When can I come back for more!!?
It can be a bit scary joining a new fitness class. I welcome clients to call me beforehand to get a vibe for the class and a heads up if you need to bring anything. If you can, bring a friend, if not you’ll soon feel part of the Wolfpack! Layers are good, I promise no one cares what you look like and a water is a must. Leave out some comfies for when you get home and don’t worry, I promise, you’re going to do great!
