You can build muscle underneath to help create the body shape you want. The amount of body fat you have will determine how defined the muscles look.
Are expensive olive oils the healthiest?
-Most oils have health benefits but it’s about knowing what they contain. I like the taste of grass fed butter but due to high saturated fat I use it in moderation. For family meals I use rapeseed oil. It’s low in saturated fat, doesn’t have a strong flavour and it’s affordable.
